Welcome to The Fun and Game Experts Inc.! When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean our company. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean you, our awesome client.

These rules apply to all our rentals, party services, and website use. By booking with us, paying a deposit, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

Saving Your Date: To lock in your event date and specific items (like carnival rides, games, or inflatables), you must pay a non-refundable deposit when you book.

Final Payment: You must pay the rest of your balance at least 14 days before your event. If we do not receive your payment on time, we may cancel your booking and keep the deposit.

Our Prices: The prices on our website are just starting rates. They do not include delivery, setup, staffing, or city permit fees. We will list all these extra costs clearly in your custom quote.

2. Cancellations and Weather

If You Cancel: If you cancel your event more than 30 days out, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you must still pay the full contract amount.

Bad Weather: Outdoor parties always risk bad weather. For everyone’s safety, we have the final say on shutting down mechanical rides and inflatables if there are high winds, heavy rain, or lightning. We do not give refunds or credits for weather shutdowns or cancellations on the day of the party.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Your Event Space

Space and Access: You must provide a clear, safe path to the setup spot. The area must be free of trash, low branches, and overhead wires. The ground must be flat and steady, like level grass or concrete.

Power Supply: You need to provide steady, proper electrical power within 100 feet of the setup area. If the power drops out, we are not responsible for equipment failures.

Permits and Digging: You are responsible for getting all city permits or park approvals. If we need to drive stakes into the ground, you must call 811 first to mark any underground pipes or wires.

4. Using the Equipment Safely

Our Staff: Our trained team must run all major carnival rides and large attractions. Your guests must follow all safety rules given by our operators.

Your Supervision: If you rent smaller items that do not come with our staff, a responsible adult must watch them at all times. You must make sure guests follow all age, weight, and capacity limits.

Keep it Clean: No food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, silly string, or pets are allowed on or near the rides and inflatables.

5. Damages and Liability

Play at Your Own Risk: Amusement rides and games involve physical activity. By renting from us, you accept that there is always a small risk of injury, and you take responsibility for your guests during the event.

Legal Protection: You agree to protect and hold harmless The Fun and Game Experts Inc. from any legal claims, damages, or fees connected to your event, unless it is caused directly by our team’s gross negligence.

Broken or Stolen Gear: You are responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to our equipment caused by misuse, vandalism, or a lack of supervision. We will bill you directly for any needed repairs or replacements.

6. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal issues will be handled under California law.

7. Changes to These Rules

We may update these terms from time to time. The rules that are active on the day you pay your deposit will apply to your event.
